The Chalamandrin takes its name from the flower “Forget-me-not”, one of the most beautiful flowers in the Engadin. The hotel and restaurant is located right in the center of the beautiful and sunny mountain village of Ftan, below the Ftan – Prui chairlift. It is the ideal starting point for all kinds of summer activities, be it hiking, biking or simply enjoying the sun. Our restaurant conjures up fine regional and Engadine specialties for you at lunchtime and in the evening. Our spacious garden invites you to linger in the afternoon with a fine dessert or aperitif. All our rooms have a shower and/or bath/toilet, except for 3 rooms all have a balcony or terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.
