We started the winter season on December 9, 2023!
We value quality and sustainability. Our kitchen focuses on local products, including milk, cheeses and yogurt from the region. The fresh bread comes directly from the bakery around the corner, while meat is mainly sourced from our regional producers.
Our kitchen uses local products to create traditional delicacies that reflect the unique culture of the Engadin. Dishes such as Capuns or Tatsch are just a few examples.
Our varied menu is also complemented by a selection of fresh seasonal dishes.

The Chalamandrin Hotel and Restaurant serves regional dishes from our à-la-carte menu from Tuesday to Sunday.
Hot meals from 12.00 – 14.00 and 18.00 – 21.00.
